My father was seen by Dr. Whitaker Bay for diabetic ulcers. When his foot continued to worsen, we then scheduled an appointment with the Mayo Clinic. Only now are we seeing improvement. Dr. Whitaker Bay did not clean, debride, nor treat his ulcers in any way. She simply said that he just needed to keep off of his feet. I do not recommend this doctor due to neglect in care.
