The worst experience ever. I drove almost 2 hours to get to my son appointment. I try to call to let them know I will be a few minutes late. NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE it gave option to leave a vm. I was only 10 minutes late to my appointment and the front desk told me doctor told to reschedule me. I explained that I drove almost 2 hours and she just repeated what she said again.
