Extremely difficult to get an appt considering they are booking months out. I just left this location with a 9:40am appt that was confirmed in my email and on my calendar but when I showed up (rushed there after I did not one but two school drop offs while my husband is deployed so I have limited availability to get an exam) I was told that I hadn’t confirmed so the appt was given to someone else (who showed up late might I add) while I sat and waited. I have been wearing the same glasses for a few years, and I went in to get another check up and see if I could order another pair through my insurance. Dr. Brothers told me that my prescription had changed, and I was surprised, and as a naturally curious person, I asked how. She told me I wouldn’t understand. Now, I get that I have no background in optometry, but any eye doctor I have had previously has been able to tell me what about my prescription had changed.
