We won't be back! The staff was very unwelcoming, not only to us, but to all others served, except one, we witnessed. It was highly uncomfortable to eat in an environment that felt like a high school cafeteria. The gaggle of teen employees sitting around and yelling about heroin, acid and cocaine stories was unprofessional to say the least. I'm from an area by the NM border that lives on Mexican food....had it, cooked it, loved it my whole life. I went to Tamale Kitchen hoping for yummy....I got sorta crummy. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the worst mexican food you can get by a long shot, but it's not the best. For two people to get drinks and a couple selections off the menu, is about $20...Not bad, but not quite worth it to me.
