Horrible Experience – Wasted Money and Zero Accountability! I’ve been a loyal client for years, but this was my last visit. Every time, it’s a gamble—you never know if you’ll walk out with a decent haircut or a disaster. This time, it was a complete nightmare. I gave clear instructions and even showed a reference photo, but the barber (a woman) ignored everything I said. The cut is uneven, poorly blended, and just butchered. Always friendly, professional, clean! Also fast if you call ahead or hit the right time for a walk in. Each barber my son and I have worked with is a great combo of attention to detail and efficient work. Tam is the best, and he hires the best!
