For years we have done small 3 to 5 piece projects with Tam. They have been fine. Last Spring however, Tam sent a PO to complete a $300,000+ project on Fort Carson, Colorado. Tam received a 50% downpayment for the work as well as at least 1 progress payment for the project. The project is done and complete, my suppliers had to be paid...and Tam refuses to pay for what she ordered. We are months out and Tam refuses to do what is right. I have worked closely with TAM Interiors on several projects over the past few years. Tam is a very competent restaurant designer. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of kitchen equipment gives her an advantage of being able to design for various menus and restaurant types. She has beautiful design skills as well as being very conscientious about the functionality of each restaurant she designs. I highly recommend Tam to anyone interested hiring a restaurant designer.

Tam has helped me take a new restaurant idea from concept to reality. She is such an asset to anyone looking for help in all phases of designing and building a restaurant. She is cost conscious, efficient, and up on the latest and greatest energy efficent equipment. One of her best attributes is her high sense of urgency in getting things done.
