Scolded me, told me my life is boring, and is not a great listener. He is rude. Punished me for missing appointments by refusing to fill my prescription until my next appointment, wich coincidentally would make me run out and be unable to get meds for over two weeks. (Which obviously can/will lead to serious withdrawals.) All of my appointments left me feeling worse.
Terrible experience. Showing up late wasn't what upset me. It was how I felt after my appointment. Rude, not organized, doesn't explain anything and seems in a rush. I felt so upset after the appointment. I felt shamed, stupid and that I was annoying him. I could let this all pass if I was getting a root canal or something, but not for something as important as mental health.
I had my first virtual appointment with this psychiatrist, and it was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. First, he was 20 minutes late, which already felt unprofessional. Then, when I had some issues with my Wi-Fi connection (which happens), instead of being understanding, he was immediately rude and impatient. He kept sighing and making sarcastic comments, acting like I was a huge inconvenience. When I switched to a better Wi-Fi connection, he didn’t even try to see if it improved the situation—he just told... read more
I see review comments that say he is not empathetic and is rude. Not the case at all. He is professional and must ask pointed questions. If you have something to hide he will confront you. He is doing his job! Psy meds are not candy to be handed out willy nilly. Be honest and respectful not only with Dr Talon, but with everyone. Life will treat you better.
I absolutely love Dr Talon!! I feel so comfortable talking to him and he has helped me through so much by listening and understanding all my questions and concerns. He is funny but very empathetic at the same time. My medications he put me on are working well and for once I finally feel I’m on the road to recovery. I’m so grateful to have found him.
I spent many years suffering with depression, anxiety, and poor focus; struggling with figuring out the right meds, and generally not feeling heard or seen by my previous medication management prescribers. I decided to search for an actual psychiatrist and the difference has been day and night. Dr. Talon listened to my concerns, asked the right questions and properly diagnosed me with a condition I didn’t know I had until I was 42 years old. The change in medications, and approach to my therapeutic needs has greatly changed ... read more
He made me wait half an hour. He filled out my brothers name instead of mine. He didn’t know we had an appointment even. He tried to act like he knew what was going on. Never talking to this kid again.
this man was horrible rude and disrespectful. My first and only appointment with him was virtual. and he was demanding that I look into my camera at him, but he could clearly see and hear me. I told him I did not feel comfortable. at this point we are going back and forth about why i would not look into the camera and he disconnected the appointment.
Horrible... Dr Talon is rude, flippant, arrogant and judgmental. I have know many psychiatrists, but beyond unprofessional
