Clean, yet strict Strictly ran by the on-site manager. There is a pool, 3 person limit. The building is a little run down and old, the windows are old, plumbing is horrible, the stairs are old looking, and the cabinets are old. The upside is it is quite and clean, for those who don't have kids. It is a small apartment compared to others I've seen, but it is a nice place to live for temporary basis.
