Love Mary at the W. Tenn location, but all the technicians are great! Very pleased with the threading and tinting of my eyebrows! And so reasonably priced!
Updated 7/1/25- The service here has completely changed and you are no longer greeted, just someone yelling sign in. While they talk amongst themselves, pass for me. I will not be back. My updated review, while the service is still quick and priced fair the quality varies greatly depending on who does your service. The older lady is not as good as the other ladies in the shop. My original review was 5 stars- “Clean, quick and priced just right. I have been coming here over a year and the ladies here are amazing!”
Ritu is the BEST! She is an eyebrow doctor for the girls who are scared of thin eyebrows. Ritu is very nice to customers and always does an excellent job!
This is my second time visiting this location and Riddhi really blessed these eyebrows I also got tinting . Love my eyebrows so bad! I recommend anyone to come here and ask for her. She’s sooo sweet and will get you together! Thanks again ❤️
I usually only let Mary wax my brows because she does amazing every single time, but she has been away for some time now. I needed them done really bad, so I decided to go and honestly I wish I didn’t. The lady who waxed my brows had me in pain and didn’t seem to care. She threads so slow and her technique just felt so off. She took off too much of my hair on the top right brow, so now I’m looking crazy.l until they grow back. Never again! My brows look a mess. I hope Mary comes back soon.
