Patrick was very professional and thorough! He gave me tips and pointers on how to save money during my home building process. He came out to check out my house as it was being built and offered his advice on what changes needed to be made to ensure my safety in the house. I appreciate it help and work so much.

Patrick Butler is a pro. He performed a very thorough, timely and reasonably priced inspection complete with written report and accompanying photos. After our renters moved in he dropped by to troubleshoot with them and then gave them a working tour of all appliances. Very kind and helpful. Call Patrick. He's the man!

Extraordinarily professional and helpful. This was my first home inspection, so I can't compare to other experiences, but Patrick answered all my (very numerous) questions, along with my parent's questions. He even encouraged me to ask more as he went along. He tried to explain everything in layman terms and describe not only the issue he found, but how it could affect safety and other concerns. Patrick really exceeded our expectations! We are buying our first home and due to the nature of the military we were unable to view it ourselves before closing. Patrick's report was stellar and included hundreds of photos of the property as well as thermal images. To top it off, he did a teleconference with is so we could see everything he had done.
