I live in tallgrass apartments currently and I want to start by saying the staff is super amazing matter fact they are all very phenomenal the apartments complex is super quiet for being student / family housing it is very affordable and the units them selves are very well kept lots of née updates carpets etc overall it has been one of the best places my family has lived in in the central Michigan area we love it here thanks again staff we love u all

When we moved in May 2018 it was a great place to live. Since then it has slowly become a living nightmare! I’ve had so many issues with the office staff, including the manager. I called the office April or May 2020 to see what next months payment would be (since it changes when you renew the lease due to the credit) I paid what they said I owed in APRIL. This week NOVEMBER (almost 7 months later) they are trying to come after me and saying I owe them 300$ for April since only a “partiaI payment” was made. -might I add I was... read more
nice clean and very nice staff, spacious apartments and the 24 hour gym is a huge plus
I love living at Tallgrass because they take such good care of the grounds to make our home look nice and the office is so friendly. I feel truly at home here!
Tallgrass is the best! Prices are fair & the staff is always super friendly & helpful! I also enjoy that it is a quiet place, but close to campus as well. Thank you for being my home away from home :)

The staff members are always super helpful and nice. The maintenance people were quick to fix our hot water problem we had when we moved in. It is in a great location!
