Excellent understanding of your situation and willing to help you in any way possible that is great for both you and them. Maintenance requests get done in a timely manner which is great for house upkeep. I’ve enjoyed my time with them greatly.
I recently signed a lease with Tallard Apartments, and it was the best rental process I have ever had. Throughout the whole process they had a very impressive response time. Not only were the responses fast, but they were also extremely helpful. I was receiving updates the whole time and all my questions were always answered. Renting with Tallards has been the best rental experience I've had in Madison by far. Even before we had signed a lease they were very helpful and genuinely care about helping their tenants. After moving in, we found out that our AC wasn't working, huge shout out to Jake who is part of the maintenance staff. He went above and beyond to get our AC fixed within the day, having the make a trip to the hardware store during the day too, other rental companies I've rented with have taken months to fix something like that.
