Absolutely excellent landlords. Fair prices, laid-back and friendly management, and incredibly quick response to maintenance concerns. Good policies, and properties are constantly kept-up and renovated so that they're nice and comfortable to live in. Would recommend 10000%
Tallard was a great place to live during my years as an undergraduate. The three years I lived with them so far have been phenomenal. They have well maintained properties, are incredibly responsive and helpful when issues arise, and are a very friendly group to rent from. Nothing but great things to say. Maintenance requests are handled fast, they have many properties and work their hardest to find you and your group a spot to live. I have rented with them for 2 years and just signed for another, so I highly recommend them if you are trying to find an affordable spot near campus. You also move in and move out on the 15th of August every year, so that is also a big bonus not many other offices provide.Big shout out to Tallard.
Tallard was the best rental agency I’ve ever worked with. My roommates and I lived in a large house. Tallard always provided timely maintenance and went above and beyond to take care of things we asked about. They take great care of their properties.
