I lived with Tallard 3 for 3 years, and the staff and service were awesome! The maintenance requests were always fulfilled within the week which was amazing for our house.
My apartment was purchased by Tallard earlier this year. Even though I wasn’t initially renting with them, they were very professional and prompt with their communication after taking over the lease. Special shout out to Lindsay (I think that was her name) for being so nice/helpful/professional when I requested to break my lease early. Tallard apartments is a great rental agency to work with. My group of friends and I rent a large house from Tallard and couldn't be more happy with the service. Maintenance is super quick, communication is excellent, and the renovations provided during our stay have been amazing. They truly care about their tenants and they make that known. The whole Tallard apartments team is incredible and we are extremely satisfied with their agency.
Absolutely excellent landlords. Fair prices, laid-back and friendly management, and incredibly quick response to maintenance concerns. Good policies, and properties are constantly kept-up and renovated so that they're nice and comfortable to live in. Would recommend 10000%
