Not been there but my Mom is!! I tried to call nursing home and they said she was not a patient!! Finally found someone who located her!! She is in a room in nursing home!! Then I'm on hold for 20 minutes and got so frustrated I hung up!!! Called back dumb woman says she's not a patient when I know she is in nursing home at TGH
I love that we have this hospital & ECF. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely!!! No place or person is perfect, but we can strive to do & be better. We've had some mighty good workers & some bad ones. I'd love to see more heart in this place, more Communication, more respect. I love � TGH & ECF �
