I broke the screen on my tablet. Took it here to be fix on a Saturday. They said it would be done on Wednesday. 12 days later still no fixed tablet. If I want to know what is going on I have to call them. I found out afterwards they had the wrong number to call for updates. That was our mistake not theirs. 13 days I have my tablet fixed and working like new again.

CPR cleaned my cell phone which was burying itself in spam...2 other folks had tried clean it, to no avail. Finally CPR performed real CPR and I tentatively took it home. I've had no problem since and they managed to leave all passwords, photos, emails, appointments intact. Thanks again

Great service! Open and honest pricing and courteous services. They could've milked me for unnecessary and costly repairs but gave me a better option even if it meant losing my business. Im definitely going back once I get my new laptop and need to transfer files.
