Very bad experience. I had a front wheel bearing seal leaking on my truck and this place showed up as the closest location on Google. When I arrived, there was no physical shop at all. I called the number listed and they told me they only provide roadside service. I explained the issue, gave them my VIN, and they said they were on the way. I waited over four hours. Air tank was bleeding out bad — figured I’d be parked half the day. They showed up quick, swapped the valve, bled the system, and I was back rolling.
Super responsive and honest, two qualities sorely lacking these days but this team has in abundance. My driver was wrongly told by another shop that his bunk expansion valve needed to be replaced and it would take a couple days and over $800! Thankfully he didn't believe that scammer. He had his AC system checked out and freon recharged all under an hour. He's now rolling cool as a cucumber! Thank you Maddox and team for being ethical and good to the drivers on the road. These guys don't know anything about travel trailers. I blew a wheel bearing on I10 and waited for 6 hours while these guys brought the wrong part twice. They were going to try and "make it work" when I told them to leave. The owner of the company got offended and threatened to punch me. Avoid these hacks.
