I read some other reviews not so nice ones. I spoke to Howard on the phone then went to their new location. I met him in person and his professionally was without doubt. I scheduled an RV visit for diagnostic of the engine light coming on. He made the appt very conveniently and I will meet him again this morning. My thought is don't always believe what you read but verify. I verified and looking forward to getting my RV repaired while still on warranty. Awesome friendly service! Family-owned business. We had to bring our RV/motorhome in to get a "check engine" light assessed. It took 5 days to take the radiator out, send it to a local "aluminum welder" and then put it back in. This was over a weekend. They have 30 amp hook-ups, water, and a dump.
