This title business attempted to do a scam to me by intentionally not mailing me documents in time so I could review them with my realty attorney, they have been reported to the Leon County Sheriff's Department and the Florida Bereua of Real Estate Sevices through my estate attorney and again through a realty attorney. Avoid this business at all costs.
Connar is very professional, has great communication and very prompt. I would recommend Tallahassee Title group for future transactions.
