They had little respect for my existing condition. Their scheduling staff were rude and inconsistent. Get well elsewhere.
Gregory Williams is great. If you can ever get in to see him, which can be very hard working with office staff. You will basically need to do their job. When you schedule an appointment with them, please know, they WILL NOT send reminders by phone, text or email. It is up to YOU to call them a week before and verify everything, and ask for an email that has everything documented - so that when you walk in, after waiting months to see the doctor, they haven't changed the time or neglected to mention any important info, becaus... read more
Reviews of any medical practice will always be subjective. My experience of American healthcare has been mixed to say the least. Insurance companies can certainly go to hell. I lived in Tallahassee for eight years and was a patient of Dr Wallace the whole time. He is a personable and caring man with a pleasant and competent team of nurse practitioners around him.
