I lived in Tallahassee for eight years and was a patient of Dr Wallace the whole time. He is a personable and caring man with a pleasant and competent team of nurse practitioners around him. I had an outstanding balance because I was a single mom living paycheck to paycheck, something I guess a doctor couldn't relate to. I did pay the balance and AFTER I spent money I didn't really have when I called to make an appt, they notified I was no longer a patient of mine. That was the only notification I received. What a way to take care of patients. Also, if you are interested in going here make sure you don't mind seeing a nurse practitioner all the time. Dr. Bailey is the best primary physician I've ever had. He has a great staff also.
I had an exceptional experience at this practice. Dr. Bailey and his team listened attentively and took care of my needs with genuine compassion. Despite my lengthy and complex medical history, they handled everything with professionalism. I am beyond grateful and will be a loyal patient for life.
