Dr Ortiz was Amazing & his office staff was Awesome! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ortiz and his staff! From the Dr. Ortiz took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines expertise with such genuine care for their patients. Called to schedule an appointment, lady who answered was rude and unprofessional. When asked for information of the other offices i could reach all she said was a single last name with no number. Very disappointing and abominable service.
