This place was great! I have some bad anxiety when it comes to anything related to my mouth but they were so calm and never said anything to make me feel bad about that! Plus, they were quick and efficient they do not mess around! Thank you Dr.Ortiz, Eric, and all of the wonderful staff!
Not satisfied with practice at all. They scheduled my son for a Frenectomy then 2 days before appointment they told me they don't except kids under 12 years old. They need to train there staff before throwing them on the phone to schedule appointments. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Dr Ortiz and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Extremely caring and professional. I experienced a dental emergency over the weekend, and all 4 of my wisdom teeth needed extraction ASAP. One tooth was infected, but the infection was being managed by antibiotics. They moved quickly and scheduled my surgery the day after my consultation. The entire procedure was painless and the whole team did their best to alleviate my anxiety. I cannot recommend Dr Ortiz highly enough. He is easily one of the best oral surgeons in Florida.
Dr. Ortiz really care about the patient. I was really in pain they got me in really fast and I feel a 1000% better. Office staff if really nice follow up is great after surgical procedure, office is clean and sterilized. Top notch state of the art equipment. Hands down 10 out of 10 experience.
Beautiful, immaculate facility, friendly and helpful staff does everything they can to make an unpleasant necessity as comfortable as possible. Extra 3% for credit card, but they don't take checks - an unfortunate necessity when so many people cheat.
