I was forced to pay $250 for an x-ray and consultation at this fraudulent location. I called my insurance since I was quite suspicious of that, and they told me that they had fully covered the consultation and x-ray. My insurance company got in touch with the office and insisted on getting my money back because they had already made a payment. The office will refund me, they told me. They would have been able to take money from me if I hadn't called my insurance.
