They never answer the phone
Since the very beginning their customer service for owners has been unhelpful, rude and unresponsive. They rarely answer the phone, they do not return emails or phone calls and they provide misinformation. UPDATE: They need to be investigated at this point. I’ll be taking my time to report them to the national housing authority and any other agencies that govern or influence them today. They decided to update software during the owner’s pay window (I don’t know who thought that was a bright idea). They, didn’t notify anyone.... read more
i’m disabled and since 2017 I have been waiting for my 1st interview (that never Happened) i filled out the big packet of paperwork and submitted to the office over on grady rd (tallahassee)…..2020 during covid….fast forward to present (2024) no one seems to know NOTHING BUT WAIT FOR A CALL when my number on the ist went from 70 to 0 or something is coming by mail services….. multiple people I know have received their vouchers and have their places already and i’m still waiting and living with family instead of being helped ... read more
