It's great to see the service returning to the level it was a few years ago. I brought my 2019 Ford Transit 350HD in for a coolant exchange and was very pleased with the experience. I dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. and had it back by 11:00 a.m. the same day. Thank you to service advisor Carl H. and the technician who completed the work for the quick, professional service. Bill McKinney does an excellent job with this dealership. Customers are treated like family, the Father’s Day sales event was well received by the north Florida community. Carl in the service department had my wife’s Lincoln in and out during a SATURDAY! Be cautious taking your vehicle here. Had an appt for oil change and a diagnostic check. Had to leave my car all day. Finally call me to tell me I need $1300 worth of work, I told them to hold off on the extra work and just do the oil change. Get there to pick up vehicle and was overcharged by $215, then had to wait all weekend to get my money back. Took it to a local shop and was told that the diagnosis did not match the diagnostic code and what Ford was telling me needed to be fixed was not the problem. Went with the local... read more
This is a great place to do an oil change and that’s all on your Ford, while you wait with Lucky GOAT coffee, pastries, Sausage Sandwiches and so much more! Prices are dealership prices, and a bit more. I would say 3 because of the awesome and nice cafe lounge lady.
