I posted a negative review a while back and literally the very next day Andrew called me to look into the issue. He facilitated a refund of the larger majority of the charges I had complained about. He was very helpful and professional. He totally changed my view of the dealership experience. Thank you so much for your time and effort Andre. And thank you Tallahassee Ford for fixing my problem.
Diego was such a big help , very understanding ! Gave him my set price and he really worked with when everything with the pricing was going wrong. He was able to work his magic even when I was ready to give up ! So thankful for him and ford !
