Nobody even came to my jeep to try and help me with an oil change, nor seen what I needed. I sat there wasting my gas and time. I called two days before I even came. A guy had an attitude over the phone and told me they don’t do appointments. It’s first come first serve. My point is if you are going to run a business; at least come to the vehicle and communicate with the costumer who needs service. Not let them sit there. This way my first time ever trying to do business with y’all and will be my last.

Make your deal and it’s in and out. Polite friendly staff and clean offices. Easy financing and paperwork was a breeze.
This review is specifically for Mr. Richard Jackson, the Assistant Service Department Manager. After an extremely frustrating experience with the service department, Mr Jackson demonstrated that customer satisfaction is his top priority. He went out of his way to help me and I give him high marks for customer service.
