My son had a truck loan with Santander Consumer USA and he shot himself in the vehicle. Between this company and Manheim auction in Tallahassee they stole all of my son's personal belongings that were in his truck. The people at both of these companies treated me inhumane. Santander has over 100 vehicles in an auction at a time so it makes me wonder if they are stealing all of those people's belongings or just my deceased son's.
