Called to get my birth control implant removed a few weeks ago because I had to go to urgent care because of severe cramps to the point urgent care gave me a pain shot and 500 mg of naproxen and on top of that was having a thin brown discharge that smelt like fish wasn't having any intercourse during the time frame and was also gaining weight nearly 200 lbs and I was told we cant take it pit because it hasn't been a month so I called a few weeks later and got told we can't take it out because it hasn't been 6 months and ther... read more

I have never had an issue getting any help from the staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I haven’t had to use the clinic in a few years but the last time I did they were all amazing too! From birth certificates for 15$ to immunization records same day pickup to health care I’ve never had an issue! These bad reviews are crazy and I cannot thank the staff here enough for all their hard-work and dedication to working for the county and the Sylacauga community. Jenny was super nice and so very helpful with getting me caught up on my healthcare! Office was super clean, the wait was not long at all, every one was very nice, they were very concise about paperwork, it was easy to find... I don't know what they could have done better thank you!
