The owner and his crew made my day today! What a nice crew and owner.
Communication with a customer is a key component of....Having and running an actual business... Got a quote months ago.. After repeated calls and messages left unanswered i did the job myself.. see.. I spend money to get rid of headaches..not get them.. Are they nice people...probably... Did i fall through the cracks... Maybe... But its a business.. And i expect some degree of professional conduct...like returning a call.. They couldn't do it..
I had two hazardous trees removed. Brian came and gave me an estimate, which was better than the other three I had gotten. Brian and his crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. My yard is spotless. Thank you Brian!
I would highly recommend Tall Pines Tree service. It was so easy to work with Brian. He came out, gave us an estimate and was on time on the day the work was scheduled. His crew was fast, efficient and courteous and they left the yard spotless. They did an amazing job, they even went above and beyond to landscape some rocks that I had laying in the yard.
