The owner is a crook. Forget speed limits and scam background checks. When the tornadoes came through and destroyed our trailer, it exposed insulation the walls full of black mold. Most of the resident’s trailers were destroyed, he refused to refund rent or our deposits. This guy is top of the line trash. Tall Oaks Mobile Home Park is a professionally operated park. We have a set of rules that everyone who rents from us has to agree to before they move. We have a 5MPH speed limit due to the fact that we have many children and pet and we wish to keep it that way, therefore we must enforce the speed limit. Thus place is a scam the listing showed a nice double wide but when we go lookbits this run down junk at the back of the lot my guess is there never was a home to rent but if you say there is and 5 ppl come loose that's 300 bucks for ya bc they say we failed background one thing on there and even says dropped dismissed by D.A. bc it was a bogus report and charge. There is a five-star rating that was done by someone that is now blocked on Tall Oaks Facebook page and is unable to change that review to a 0-1 star. Do not rent from these people unless you already have a lawyer on retainer.
