4 stars ONLY because I just moved in and haven't had enough time here. So far move in has been easy and very welcoming! The area is quiet and friendly!
I had a terrible experience applying for this apartment complex. I currently live in WI and was looking at moving towards the end of Nov (which was expressed over the phone). After getting approved I was told that they would only hold the apartment for 10 days. All I needed was an extra week and they couldn't even give that to me. I have been renting for 11 years, never missed a payment and never had an issue. Just wasted my time and money for applying when I was told they would work with me. Stay away from this place.
What a GREAT apartment complex! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is so friendly and helpful and they made move in super smooth and easy.
Super quiet complex, they address any maintenance issue really quick manager is really nice also
