I was just thinking the opposite. The managers are NEVER in the office, they NEVER answer the phone and I've had maintenance issues that are over a year old. The old managers were on top of everything. The sense of community seems to be the group of people that don't work and just sit around and smoke all day while their kids scream at the top of their lungs.

Very poor management – I moved into the apartment because it was a good location for me. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. The landlords took forever to do anything. Dont bother cleaning the apartment when you move out because no matter what yoiu wont get your deposit back!! If the manager tells you something, make sure you get it in writing. I was lied to and mislead by the manager

Don't waste your time. My fiance and I stayed there for awhile and regretted it after 3 months. The landlords are lazy and try to avoid giving real answers. The apartment we moved into was hardly cleaned from the last family, there were even dried boogers on the walls still!!(Gross) It all molds REAL fast and if you don't keep a written log of your complaints it will bite you in the end. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! – When I moved to this place I was told that it would be quiet, peaceful and strict on rules. Well, it's all lies, the manager is lazy, and the other tenants are very rude and inconsiderate playing music at extreme volumes at all hours of the day and night. Half of the tenants don't speak english, so forget about complaining to them yourself, you'll need a translator.
