Please don’t rent from Homestead. When we first moved into Talisman square, they took great care of us. However, after a couple years and increasing rental prices in the market, they acted as if we did not exist. They applied to landlord tenant board for retroactive rent due to renovations, including the renovation of their office. Of course they won, and everyone had thousands to pay for renovations to benefit Homestead only. I had a terrible experience here.
The tenants are amazing as are the amenities. Lots of social activities, fitness options, a laundry room and the mall literally next door. Sounds perfect to me.
Clean, quiet ,and friendly staff.The amenities are fantastic, pool,exercise room, sauna it's all good. The location is great also, right next to everything you might need. Managed by Balnar.
