Extremely Rude, no concern for customer. Arrive 4:00 today , door sign & web site says closes at 6:00 pm Employee answers the door to tell me they could not help me I was there to pickup merchandise for my wife’s birthday tomorrow . They could not have cared less

I have been a customer for years . However the store has been sold !! The new owners are a nightmare !! I took a ring of mine there to have a ruby put in because mine fell out . I brought my ring in 9/27/24 . The first ruby the cutter broke it so I waited for them to get another one . Last Wednesday I called because I didn’t hear anything .
