Dude Cheryl is batshit crazy and her husband is a drug addict alcoholic and that's your maintenance. Our dryer been broken for 2 years it takes two hours for us to dry a load of laundry that consists of two shirts two pair of khaki pants two pair of skivvies and two pair of socks. They say that's overloaded. Had a broken window for eight months has not been fixed. There's been a burned-out motor in a vent fan since we moved in they refused to replace it.
