Just wanted to quickly say how happy I am with my order! The necklace is gorgeous, even better than in the photos. Super delicate and really well made. Packaging was also so nice — you can tell they put effort into it, made it feel special. I had to reach out to support with a shipping question and they replied fast and were super helpful. Honestly, everything went smoothly and I’m really happy I ordered. Will definitely be back for more!
I ordered the heart necklace with a map indicating where my wife and I met and where I eventually proposed. It is a very unique piece of jewelry and looks very nice. Customer service has been great. My only negative was the shipping. It was only about 10-12 days so not really that long, but the order was completed quickly so most of that was all shipping time. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase.
Beautiful jewelry, beautifully made and I am a very happy customer. I will order again.
