Ordered a custom necklace, item arrived broken at the clasp. And the custom charm wasn’t cleaned up, bits of metal stuck between the lettering. It took about 20 days to arrive, they said it needed to be sent back for a refund or replacement. Sloppy work, terrible packaging, and sub par product. Don’t waste your money.
As of today I have exchanged 63 e-mails with this company and had two phone conversations (with a very friendly and sympathetic customer service rep) regarding a bracelet purchased for me by my son for my 65th birthday in April.
