Talias Healthcare, Dallas, TX : This has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. My husband receives infusions at this facility, and the last two times he has shown up for his scheduled treatment, we were told, “We’re still waiting on prior authorization.” This is unacceptable.
