Talia was great to work with! She was responsive to my questions and gave me suggestions to prepare to sell. I actually listed while I was out of state for a month and had a buyer in just three days! She really cared how I was doing under stressful conditions (cross-country move and Michigan storms) and kept me informed of progress.
First time in 38 years of having to use a realtor and when I asked my friends and neighbors for advice on which realtor would be a good fit for me, they all said Talia Champlin! And what a good fit it was! She not only priced it for a quick sale but priced it for numerous walk throughs which increased the final sale price! Talia and her team took all the stress off of me when selling my home. It was indeed my pleasure in working alongside her!s!
