We are obviously highly disappointed with the services provided by the Monster team associated with our account. In my opinion, the sales tactics used prior to our contract signing painted a false picture of our expected results compared to those we actually received. I would NOT have entered into this agreement knowing that we would only receive two candidate resumes that met the absolute minimum qualifications we agreed upon.
