Since November this company had been very responsive. The brand new system has a few issues and already replacing parts. They came and fixed it within the 3 days. Sometimes we question whether the machine is working like it's supposed to. I don't think these people are totally transparent. Nor do I believe it's been warranted to block my number. Nevertheless, net negative and regretting the purchase and not buying from a larger company. When you have to call from a different number to get in touch that's a bad sign.
Excellent service and great people. More people should look at using great locally owned companies like this. You get the great products and customer service of our local community.
Was having a issue with my unit, Terry came out within a hour and got the house back cooling in no time it seemed..if I have issues in the future i know who to call
