Did a worthless job. Typical contractor in 2025
I called and within 30 minutes, Terry was at my house working on my unit. He replaced the capacitor and got the air back running properly.
I got several estimates before choosing them. Met with Terry and he was able to answer my questions regarding issues another company said I would need to pay extra for. Of the three estimates I got theirs was the middle regarding price. The first I felt was not completely honest and were misleading regarding some expenses. The third one was less expensive but didn't detail out the work that was covered by the price.
