Called 2 companies for estimates on HVAC Service. Talent responded, arrived on time, professional test and review of my system, and was able to provide a quote on the spot. The technician tested switches and showed results proving his analysis and how he had isolated it to that component. The competitor arrived at the same conclusion, with same conclusion, but got there with a visual inspection. No verification of switches to insure correct diagnosis.
