Austin took great care of us. I truly felt like he cared about our family and comfort and I never felt like he was trying to milk us out of money.
Terry quoted a replacement for our 28 year old R22 system. We accepted a fair offer for a Daikin Fit split system and Talent was able to schedule installation two days later. Curtis and Tyler spent the entire day on the project and did an excellent job in all respects. We are enjoying our new heat pump and glad we found Talent.
We had Talent Heating and Air come out to take a look at one of our units. Riley G. with Talent was amazing-he didn't try to upsell me and the value for what I paid for the service was 10/10. It is really nice to find a bigger company that still sticks to their values of just being a good company. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
