We generally have a good experience at North Valley pediatrics until yesterday. It was my daughter’s 4 year wellness check up with immunizations; things went well up until the nurse gave my daughter her shots. My daughter wasn’t prepared, she was scared and the nurse didn’t have much empathy or care for my daughter’s comfort. We love coming to this clinic! Everyone is so friendly and they have fun coloring pages for the kiddos. They were able to get our test results back same day and are excellent with follow up of what we have discussed.
