Highly recommend avoiding this place. My partner and I were looking to purchase a silver chain they had on display in the window. The old lady who saw us was hesitant to even stand up to answer, eventually came over whilst looking us up and down in disgust. She proceeded to open the door about 6 inches to ask what we wanted with an extremely rude manerism as if we were worthless to her and refused us to enter despite telling her we wanted to buy something. i saw a necklace in the display case and rang the bell to come in and take a better look and the women who answered refused to let me and my friends in. she questioned why we even wanted to come in as if she’s not working in an open store front. we were told only 2 of us were allowed in and after the disrespectful attitude we received we no longer even felt comfortable entering. Taleen’s is such a gem. They're a small, family-owned local shop and you can really feel the difference. Tons of selection, and the team is always willing to help. They're incredibly knowledgeable about custom work and about everything they carry. Kind, caring, and way better priced than the big chains. So glad we have them in our community.
Taleen and family are always great and friendly to work with. We have been coming to Taleen Jewellers for years now. I recently got a pendant fixed and it was fixed quickly and well. Taleen’s has a great selection of gold and silver at great prices. We will be for sure stopping in again.
I can see why they have been around for over 45 years. Kind, respectful, and quality selection of jewellery. They cleaned my wife’s ring before the wedding and I had a lovely chat with them while they performed the service. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
