Tina, Najda , and Tasha were all phenomenal.. This is Jamie Lassiter by the way. All of them were extremely courteous and professional. They made my donation well worth the while. The plasma center needs more phlebotomist instead of the ones who have attitudes and really don’t want to work!!! Oh yea they wasn’t here but shout out to Dee and Kendall who always give me good customer service and satisfaction every time!!! I mean these WONDERFUL WOMEN GIVE ME SATISFACTION EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Policy's suck I donated one time without updating my medicine on file went back in to donate and told them about the medicine and they permanently deferred me , best thing to do is not tell them shit about your personal life and lie obviously being honest gets you kicked out !
Most of the team is quick & sufficient. There is a few that would rather talk, gossip or just move slow. Big bertha pokes always hurt & leaves me bruised. I waited over 30 mins just to get poked. Meanwhile she was just talking, prancing around & just taking sweet time to get to me.
