Most of the team is quick & sufficient. There is a few that would rather talk, gossip or just move slow. Big bertha pokes always hurt & leaves me bruised. I waited over 30 mins just to get poked. Meanwhile she was just talking, prancing around & just taking sweet time to get to me.
Last week, I went in for my very first plasma donation. I don't remember the lady's name who I did the new donor process with, but she was nice, very quick, and informative. I went into the main room for plasmapheresis and had some complications with my veins (I may have also been a bit nervous) the staff were very polite and attentive.
