Great place
i have been donating awhile now and i must saw its no point having an appointment only to still be in chair 3 hours later and only to hear the staff say ill get you inna few this place sucks
Technicians in back could be more courteous. They rarely ever speak or say ," how are you today?" The customer should never have to initiate a greeting. Set appointment time for 0845 and obviously not busy but I've been waiting over an hour to donate 7/25/26.. what's going on here?

Tina, Najda , and Tasha were all phenomenal.. This is Jamie Lassiter by the way. All of them were extremely courteous and professional. They made my donation well worth the while. The plasma center needs more phlebotomist instead of the ones who have attitudes and really don’t want to work!!! Oh yea they wasn’t here but shout out to Dee and Kendall who always give me good customer service and satisfaction every time!!! I mean these WONDERFUL WOMEN GIVE ME SATISFACTION EVERY SINGLE TIME.
