new time donor came on monday , waited for at least an hour in the chair , not even being cared for , only have one exam nurse which is crazy . my friend was in the donor area & waited at least an hour for her to get hooked up , just not the best professionalism at all , don’t come here if you have things planned, got here at 3:15 , it’s now 4:10 , and i’ve been finished the new donor book 30 minutes ago .
Poor management and the turn over is always high. Many people don't know how to find a vein.
