Great workers and great fast experience
Today I heard someone over the walkie talkie just being rude to her employees..I felt bad I would’ve walked out…You have to treat your staff better. Which definitely explains why they are understaffed The wait times are to long… 0/10
This Center lacks proper staffing and Operating hours which causes the donation process time to increase 2-3x the normal duration. If you're in a hurry, don't bother with this location.
I understand why donors are upset and complaining. They rush training and management especially David doesn’t do anything to help. He sits in his office most of the time and when he is asked to help he treats it like it’s an inconvenience to him. He talks down to the donors and employees.
