Low staff barely answers the phone and a dr that barely shows up. Does anyone that works there take into consideration why ppl are donating because they are struggling and have a complicated during school hours type of life where they just wanna survive as well
Absolutely terrible terrible wait times. Consistently a 1 hour 20 minute+ wait to even just get SEATED in the evenings. Compensation is not competitive anymore, $40 per donation and only during the 4th donation in a month do you FINALLY get the bonus. Promotions suck, they've been raffles the past few times, no guaranteed monetary value.
Wondering why they keep saying they're short staffed and yet there are people applying. Waiting an hour and a half just to get screened and there was a couple people today that checked in 30 minutes after me. New donor said she had an appointment at 530pm and came an hour early and they started her process. Years ago I was a frequent donator and been back a month and it's gone down hill. Not impressed.
Friendly staff long waits for new patients without an appointment.
