I gave them my address 3 times and sat there for an hour waiting. Then they said I couldn’t do it. If I’m being honest they were being racist to people in the lobby. Their service is discriminatory and appalling
Showed up for my first donations had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Walked in and not a single representative to be seen. Every chair filled. No explanation on what to do just a tablet that says scan qr code to check in. No explanation on how to get said qr code. Stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and left.
Other donors were called before me. There seems to be attitudes with most employees and that's after I'VE been there for 2 hours at this point. If you don't tell ur personal business you get treated like UR less than dirt . And david the supervisor is worse than the employees. I've been here for 2 hours and donor's that came after me are getting stuck and finishing before me. Then david the supervisor asked me if I knew if donating is a privilege, like a threat. Not professional at all
Dumbest waste of time. Waited 3 hours just to get turned away cuz they wanted discharge papers that don’t exist. Ruined my day. I’m beyond enraged. Didn’t see any disclaimer that I would need to bring my MEDICAL RECORDS with me
