I know I commented on this facility, and just want to make notice of some new but mostly staff and management behind the seens that I didn't mention before but definitely deserve recognition like Virginia, and Susan, what wonderful personalities!!! Make my visit so pleasant no matter how busy their day is. Been to almost all and this location can't hit a vein and all are job scared since new owners. Much cheaper payouts. Horrible bus route if you have to. Very childish behavior by supposed senior staff. Wish I could show you my arm and FD up mess they left me. Anywhere, but here.....
All the staff is amazing friendly and professional the center is clean I didnt give 5 stars because it Always takes hours to get paid and any other place the payment is on the card when you walk out the door ,the hours of waiting is just killer for me
I literally watched a man donate today and didn’t get paid smh 🤦♀️ maybe that person had something they NEEDED done financially and donating was the answer it’ll stay at one star until this is rectified! Things have definitely changed from a year ago for the better that’s for sure and the staff are really nice people glad they to see the change The manager Gwen is a pretty fair woman if you have any concerns that’s who you talk to otherwise it may not be handled as promptly but she definitely gets the job done
