I’d like to give a special recognition to my go to phlebotomist Christian. Christian demonstrates excellent customer service and I hardly ever feel his sticks. I love all the staff and they all do a great job, it’s just something about Christian sticks that always stands out to me. Keep up the excellent work!!
I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. The technician was over two hours late without a single call or update. When he finally arrived, he barely greeted me and started working without explaining anything. He was careless, disrespectful, and clearly not qualified for the job. Bad service 🦮🦮🦮
This company didn’t just do a bad job — they caused real damage. They scratched my hardwood floors, broke a piece of furniture, and even cracked a window. When I contacted customer service, I was told it “must’ve already been like that.” I sent them before and after photos, and they still denied everything. I’ve since paid out of pocket to repair the damage. This is not just unprofessional — it’s outright negligent. I will be taking further action because this level of service is unacceptable.
I was promised expert-level service, and what I got was someone completely untrained. The technician didn’t bring the right equipment, asked me for tools, and had no clue what he was doing. He made the problem worse, and then told me I’d need to reschedule and pay again for someone else to come. I paid over $500 for nothing. The company refuses to refund me, and I’ve had no follow-up or resolution. They’re happy to take your money, but the moment something goes wrong, they disappear.
