They are slow with never enough employees or any sense of urgency when busy. My last visit they only had one person taking vitals, pulled away to do a physical. Was there for hours. They don’t help each other out with the various duty stations.
I love this place they treat everyone like family they fast with they work … they are very hands one with you and they actually care about you and your wellbeing’s
The best donation center in Jax. They're clean, nice and respectful. Always in and out. I've been going for almost 2 years
