I decided to try this center because it was closer to my residence than another one I had visited. After spending an hour or more at this location as a first time donor, I was told that I have a medical condition that excludes me from donating plasma. They are slow with never enough employees or any sense of urgency when busy. My last visit they only had one person taking vitals, pulled away to do a physical. Was there for hours. They don’t help each other out with the various duty stations.
