I am so impressed and grateful for the changes they decided to make at this plasma donation center in Mayport! I feel certain the staff are happier as well given the smooth, seamless process of donating that they are currently offering. They allow appointments now and I truly feel a difference in the environment of this donation center. The manager and all the employees are so wonderful here so helpful and patient! If you have a bad experience here, it’s because you have a bad attitude! Treat these people with respect and they will give you the same respect and return! If you’re upset, there are a wait times realize that every donation center has wait times! The customer service here though is phenomenal. Horrible customer service to the point of being aggressive and instigating an argument. Looking for another as we speak. Waiting for whether I cam donate
** 4 out of 5 stars** Telecris Plasma is a clean and organized facility with a majority of staff members who are friendly, professional, and seem to genuinely care about donor well-being. I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. That said, I’m giving four stars instead of five due to two areas of concern: the long wait times for new donors and a few staff members whose attitudes can come off as dismissive or unprofessional.
