Donated the first time this week everything went fine . My second time I return to donate. Right from the start I was stuck with needle wrong. I sat patiently waiting for staff to correct not haveing a flow. After haveing needle adjusted in an out 3 times and me saying ouch that hurts, did staff stop. I was taken off machine. Blood could not return to my arm. I was suppose to be compensated. 5$ is all I recieved. Staff trys to cover ther mistake, asking if I had drank fluids.
