I have donated plasma before, but came here because my husband goes here, and they pay a little bit more. So I came today for my first appointment. It appeared that the tech had been wearing the same gloves for a while. Past experience I am aware that it is common that they are only required to change gloves and perform hand hygiene if gloves are soiled or at donor request. Prior to having my finger poked for screening, I made a request that she please wash her hands and change her gloves. She said “I can change my gloves.” ... read more

This place is great! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The building is clean and in an easily accessible location. Even though my main objection is to give life saving plasma the money I make for donating is a plus. I highly recommend Talecris Grifols to anyone thinking about donating life saving plasma. staff targets people and plays favoritism especially toward females if they don't like you they ban you be careful they say you can't smell bad but when you smell good they still ban you
staff play favoritism with donors and target the ones they dont like and use the clam that the donor is being rude or has a odor coming from them so they can get them out of the building
