I was given a permanent deferral 17 years ago by a petty employee who wanted to argue with my doctor about my medication which didn’t affect my donations. It’s still there despite the company rebranding. Never donate here, go to Octa Pharma or another clinic, they’re far more professional.
Very nice employees & facility! Everyone is helpful , patient , all around 10/10
I have been coming here for awhile and it's a good place to donate however Grifols needs some improvement in the following areas 1 staff needs to be fully staffed and not just 1 or 2 people working the entire floor and 2 when you have customers they need to focus on there customers and eliminate alot of talking and playing around
