Extremely long wait time. There were two people waiting in the lobby today. It took an hour and a half to even be acknowledged. Staff talking at the desk and playing with their phones. It gets worse every time I go. Total disrespect to the donors
Letting all the new folks go ahead of a waiting crowd is ridiculous atleast tell people or somehow make it known with a digital counter so people can determine whether they have the time or even want to stay
