one thing I dont Understand....They said they cant find My Vein When They Clearly Found Them...And I cant Donate???? A Woman Big As A house came in there...how did they find her Veins Huh??..and she a returning Donor?...this place should be shut down. there Lazy Workers who dont care...Shut This Place Down A.S.A.P!!!!!
Very clean facility even at the old building, but the new building is so nice. My only complaint is since movimg to the new location it takes much longer. Ive waited almost 2 hours just to go to the kiosk. Other than taking forever to actually get to the back and donate overall its a great place.
They need someone just to answer the phone. someone that knows what they are doing. And make sure they pay people what they are supposed to.
