Your front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my insurance questions which made my experience extremely pleasant. Barb, the hygenist, was the most gentle hygenist I have ever had. I felt very comfortable in the office and I would definitely recommend your practice.

LOVE the office changes, it looks so much more modern. I hate to say it but looks make a difference. Before, it looked old fashioned which made me feel as if the previous dentist had old fashioned equipt and ideas. It looks GREAT and love the comfy waiting area. Would love headset to listen to music while getting cleaning. Sonja is such an asset. HUGE thanks to you for getting my mom in so fast when she was a new patient. I am happy to refer you to friends and family.
Great staff, on time, won't hesitate to return. One thing... I needed sedation because I was extremely anxious about my procedure. I had discussed it at my initial eval but was so nervous I wasn't thinking straight and didn't ask for it at the time of my procedure. In this case it would have been really, really nice if the staff would've recognized my anxiety and then offered the sedation options again. I always have a better outcome and less pain if my nervous system is calm (i.e. sedated if necessary).
Sonia is our favorite hygenist and we'll miss her terribly! Dr. McBride is pretty cool too and great with the boys!
