This doctor was generally professional and personable. My major concern is that I have a rare condition and that doctor expressed that since it was rare that he wasn't responsible to know how to treat it(apparently he doesn't believe in personal research or consulting another doctor). There were also issues of which doctor/clinic should deal with pain associated with this condition.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
Dr. Talbert is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. He only make me schedule appointments on a regular basis. His or him have never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr. Talber is for my well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
