Update 10/13/2025: The A/C has been repaired and is running good so far. Still a shame this was taken care of so poorly and unprofessional. Still awaiting an email with summary of service for my records. The buying process was great, and my family has enjoyed the home for a little over a year but... Now that a warranty claim has been input for the A/C not working properly, it has taken more than 3 months to get this issue resolved.
