although a decent place to live I would never recommend moving into these townhouses or apartments, I wouldn’t of if I’d known how much they WILL nickel and dime you during your lease and especially during move out. First off, very inefficient office. Communication is terrible and your phone calls will often go unanswered. More contact about updates on the work order. Maintenance knew what they were doing but I was unsure of the status after they came.
The maintenance team at Talavera is fantastic! I had moved my dryer on a late Friday afternoon and had accidentally disconnected the dryer hose. A maintenance team member installed a new hose for me within the hour so I could finish drying my clothes! Great service!
Beautifully maintained property, welcoming and helpful staff, enjoyable environment!
