Nicole was my tech support lady. For a number of days she's been the one I go to lady. She's a great asset to talavera She's very knowledgeable and one of the best leasing agents that I have recently visited. And I've seen many recently. I was a real estate for 11 years. I told her I think she's a natural for that line of work.
My experience with Talavera at the Junction Apartments & Townhomes raised serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. After paying an application fee, we pursued a 2 bed 2.5 bath unit that was later removed from the website, and we were told it was no longer available. Overall had a terrible experience trying to communicate prices and applying, personal over the phone was amazingly rude and disrespectful, she then tried to say I was being rude for asking questions. I couldn’t even imagine what it would be like living here and dealing with that if I ever had an issue with anything.
My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff has been rude, unprofessional, and surprisingly uncommunicative. Any time we tried to ask simple questions, like clarifying a sudden price change, we were met with attitude instead of answers. To make matters worse, they ended up banning us from applying altogether, claiming we were “disrespectful,” which was absolutely not the case.
